With the constant rise of this industry in America and the way of going “green” solar panels and the need for them are on the rise.
China is the leader in distributing solar panels to America; however America is trying to establish its fashion and technology market, and that includes solar panels. Solar World Industries America are the leaders in distributing American solar panels, and according to Gordon Brinser, the chief executive of Solar World Industries America “This basically takes it from being just allegations of illegal activities in this industry to confirmation”.

By levying tariffs ranging from 30-250% on all solar panels imported from China, the ruling will constrict the growth of renewable energy here in America, driving up the prices for installers, their customers, and, ultimately, the American taxpayer. This legislation threatens to kill the very blue-collar jobs it claims to save.
Last October, the U.S. subsidiary of the German company SolarWorld Industries filed a petition claiming that Chinese manufacturers were infiltrating the U.S. market, “dumping” their panels at less than cost in a drive to put U.S. manufacturers out of business. Chinese government subsidies, SolarWorld claims, made it impossible to compete.

When the United States International Trade Commission decided on Wednesday to uphold tariffs of about 24 to 36 percent on most solar panels imported from China, the case’s proponents claimed a major victory. Domestic solar manufacturers said the duties, to be in place for five years, would make up for unfair business practices by Chinese companies that had harmed the domestic market and allow homegrown companies to hire more workers and thrive.

Black History month is an America holiday celebrated in February to showcase and high light the American black. This is holiday started in America 1926! America has honored it’s Nubian’s ever since! In 1926 Nubian blacks where finally accepted into politics and able to have some government ruling! In the early 1900’s, only two races live in America, all building toward a universal cultural understanding.
Black Nubian persons from all around the world are interconnected through the origins in Africa! Africa is the birthplace for modern day civilization as humans today no it! Throughout the course of time, evolution, switch of resources, and weather, culture and race are created due to various time and migration. Africa origin home to all is still the only place known in the world to be connected to the earth core.

The creation and evolution of race, culture, and individual person! We are still evolving! America is a melting pot and the origin of new faces and cultures! America seems to be the only place in the world that you can do this on a large scale! At some point we have to acknowledge the evolution and respect people’s new cultural and racial stimuli.
When the original African people are brought to America, they are assigned a seemingly simple task to main and manage the cotton fields, for the American skill and job training force. Africa people eventually got into it! Learning new skills, construction, becoming bi-lingual, processes, etc. Africa’s did the city jobs, while usually America white cultured soldiers and persons who where Christian begin to build the interworking’s of the nation. This is why everyone is able to become free and live in peace, everyone knew they’re position and played it! Also each culture is busy establishing themselves as well as they are able! The history and believes of Rome, Europe, Salem, etc. Dwell with “The White Bosses” and they do not want the same insane reality! Everything that touched America had to be put in order, and if it is done well enough, one may not have to do it again on such a large scale. Everyone took the new understanding and used it to seemingly settle down, with a understanding ” WE ARE. I am self, above me there is non other.”
The oriental African’s eventually realized they where being infatuatedly objectified by persons attracted to them, being trained, and being bread into a new culture while some mated with they’re bosses. During this time, like sweat shops things where not really up to code and most workers stayed in a tiny home community, that is once the owners right on the owners acre property.

We’ve been in business for 10 years! We started off as a really small company, and sell all of our products online. I started out, out of my garage, then we started getting people that we interested, and from there we started getting distributors, then we were put in salons, and that took us to the next stage; which is where we are now, at a national champagne with Target, Sally’s etc.
Q: What inspired your product?
It was defiantly my frustration with my hair! I used to walk down the aisle and see gel, mouse and I didn’t want any of that and I found out that some people where having the same problems I did. I first started with my close family and friends, and it spread mostly by word of mouth and eventually we grew to what we are today.
Q: To see your product on The Talk in that moment and for it to be so well received, what did that moment feel like to you?
Um… Yeah I don’t ever really stop to smell the roses, every time I accomplish something it’s like okay, now we’ve got to get the next goal. I was happy to be on The Talk but it’s always on to the next! Once we were recognized for being one of the top natural brand products, and once we received that exposure; so many doors open up for us. There are all these companies that we compete with that have been around for hundreds of years and generations, you have to keep moving or someone will move in on your market share, so it’s a new environment for us especially getting this new Target account. Go on out with emerald, it is the color of the year! March 8, 2013, Disney had done it again! The new movie “OZ the Great and Powerful” starring James Franco, Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz, Michelle Williams and Zach Braff. Directed by Sam Raimi (The Spiderman Trilogy) just came out worldwide in theatres. Unlike the original movie The Wizard of Oz or the Broadway show Wicked, this movie play in the storyline of the great wizard and how he came to hold the title of a wizard and the fight between the wicked witch.

Beyonce covered the March 2013 issue of Vogue and looked stunning; she speaks about her family life, being a mother, giving birth, and her career. Beyonce gave honest answers to some of her fans biggest questions. Everyone is saying this is the year of “B” and with the Super Bowl performance, new Pepsi endorsement, new album, tour, most talked about marriage, pregnancy, daughter, AND the releasing of her documentary “Life is but a Dream” Beyonce is a blaze. Her documentary “Life is but a dream” which premiered on HBO over a month ago gave the network the best numbers it has had in the last ten years! In the film, Beyonce reveals a lot about her life; but the under current emotion in the film that I see is a fight between being private and being famous, and how the two don’t really mix. What are you to do when you want to keep your own life, sanity, and still have your dream job? She expressed that to her this is just a job, and while grateful; it’s not her life. I think this is the fact that most people miss, there is a woman behind the music, but just like any job it has its down falls. The singer really wanted to convey that she is human, not a robot, not a crazy deranged celebrity that feeds from scale; although they’re created for her by the press.
One thing that we can all take from the documentary is to find your own destiny! As she connected the dots to her life, so do all of us. We all have things that correlate to who we are; however, half will never find their own purpose, and she’s been put forth as an example of a person that has found hers, and that alone should inspire others to follow their own dreams and uncover their purpose. She’s also presented as an advocate of real music, practice makes perfect, being great and perfecting your craft! Virtues that everyone, even those that aren’t fans of her can relate and agree to.

In her Vogue article, she talks about feeling more like a woman after giving birth, and feeling more feminine. The article shows photo’s of her walking barefoot with her child Blue, and being normal. Why can’t she do that in America? It’s sad that American celebrities have to completely leave the country to have a normal day, or normal family time; or cover the face of their child just so that people wont judge or be negative toward them or their family. Between the article and the documentary there are a few things that sticks out about her message: She love’s God, is a normal woman, writes her music, is an artist, a business woman, a mother, wife, friend, and very private; all these things are understandable and should be respected.

Essence editor, Constance C.R. White speaks out about her parting ways with Essence Magazine. Reports say that White wasn’t satisfied with the way African-American women are being portrayed, and would like Essence to dig deeper and go more in depth on the culture. White tells reporters “What needs to happen is the reader is getting lost and the reader has to be at the center. To make their world smaller is unacceptable; and a lot of the readers have sensed what is happening.” she said. Style Me thinks that her ideas are great! Giving more of one’s culture and knowledge about other cultures will only branded the spectrum of the audience, I agree with her 100%! The reader is the first priority, with no offense to Essence Magazine.
