According to Forbes.com the Chinese are not only manipulating their currency! But China is also manipulating price on the new industry that is on the rise, the solar panel industry. With the constant rise of this industry in America and the way of going “green” solar panels and the need for them are on the rise.
China is the leader in distributing solar panels to America; however America is trying to establish its fashion and technology market, and that includes solar panels. Solar World Industries America are the leaders in distributing American solar panels, and according to Gordon Brinser, the chief executive of Solar World Industries America “This basically takes it from being just allegations of illegal activities in this industry to confirmation”.

By levying tariffs ranging from 30-250% on all solar panels imported from China, the ruling will constrict the growth of renewable energy here in America, driving up the prices for installers, their customers, and, ultimately, the American taxpayer. This legislation threatens to kill the very blue-collar jobs it claims to save.
Last October, the U.S. subsidiary of the German company SolarWorld Industries filed a petition claiming that Chinese manufacturers were infiltrating the U.S. market, “dumping” their panels at less than cost in a drive to put U.S. manufacturers out of business. Chinese government subsidies, SolarWorld claims, made it impossible to compete.

When the United States International Trade Commission decided on Wednesday to uphold tariffs of about 24 to 36 percent on most solar panels imported from China, the case’s proponents claimed a major victory. Domestic solar manufacturers said the duties, to be in place for five years, would make up for unfair business practices by Chinese companies that had harmed the domestic market and allow homegrown companies to hire more workers and thrive.

The creation and evolution of race, culture, and individual person! We are still evolving! America is a melting pot and the origin of new faces and cultures! America seems to be the only place in the world that you can do this on a large scale! At some point we have to acknowledge the evolution and respect people’s new cultural and racial stimuli.
When the original African people are brought to America, they are assigned a seemingly simple task to main and manage the cotton fields, for the American skill and job training force. Africa people eventually got into it! Learning new skills, construction, becoming bi-lingual, processes, etc. Africa’s did the city jobs, while usually America white cultured soldiers and persons who where Christian begin to build the interworking’s of the nation. This is why everyone is able to become free and live in peace, everyone knew they’re position and played it! Also each culture is busy establishing themselves as well as they are able! The history and believes of Rome, Europe, Salem, etc. Dwell with “The White Bosses” and they do not want the same insane reality! Everything that touched America had to be put in order, and if it is done well enough, one may not have to do it again on such a large scale. Everyone took the new understanding and used it to seemingly settle down, with a understanding ” WE ARE. I am self, above me there is non other.”
The oriental African’s eventually realized they where being infatuatedly objectified by persons attracted to them, being trained, and being bread into a new culture while some mated with they’re bosses. Today marks the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King‘s famous “I Have a Dream Speech”

As most know Dr. Martin L. King was a high spirited man with a desire to spread equality around the United States in the 1960’s. His civil rights movement was ground breaking in the fair treatment of African Americans in the USA. Today we can see a lot of the dreams he spoke of have and beginning to come true!

Dr. Martin King left us with more than hope in his words he left us with instructions on how to live as an American people by forever lifting spirits with positive phrases such as: “Free at last! Free at last! Great God a-mighty I’m free at last!”
“I have a dream that my four little children will one day that they will live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character” Its words like these that make the speech a source of inspiration, history, and iconic to who we are as a growing America. Q: How long have you been in business?
We’ve been in business for 10 years! We started off as a really small company, and sell all of our products online. I started out, out of my garage, then we started getting people that we interested, and from there we started getting distributors, then we were put in salons, and that took us to the next stage; which is where we are now, at a national champagne with Target, Sally’s etc.
Q: What inspired your product?
It was defiantly my frustration with my hair! I used to walk down the aisle and see gel, mouse and I didn’t want any of that and I found out that some people where having the same problems I did. I first started with my close family and friends, and it spread mostly by word of mouth and eventually we grew to what we are today.
Q: To see your product on The Talk in that moment and for it to be so well received, what did that moment feel like to you?
Um… Yeah I don’t ever really stop to smell the roses, every time I accomplish something it’s like okay, now we’ve got to get the next goal. I was happy to be on The Talk but it’s always on to the next! Once we were recognized for being one of the top natural brand products, and once we received that exposure; so many doors open up for us. There are all these companies that we compete with that have been around for hundreds of years and generations, you have to keep moving or someone will move in on your market share, so it’s a new environment for us especially getting this new Target account. Dhaka, Bangladesh – Bangladesh’s finance minister pledged on Thursday, June 6, 2013 to improve safety in the garment industry after the tragedy incident that happen earlier this year. However, there is no sign or nothing that showing that there is new money cash flow that is coming in to help out with the factories in the garment industry.

PRESSURE
The government and industrialists, along with the global brands that use their factories, have come under pressure to reform an industry that generates 80 percent of export earnings.
The April 24 collapse of Rana Plaza, a factory built on swampy ground outside Dhaka with several illegal floors, ranks amongst the world’s worst industrial accidents and has galvanized brands to look more closely at their suppliers.
Very low labor costs and, critics say, shortcuts on safety, makes the country of 160 million the cheapest place to make large quantities of clothing.
Companies are split over how to improve conditions. Big European names signed an accord that would make them legally responsible for safety. U.S. firms like Wal-Mart Stores Inc have broken ties with non-compliant factories.
Inspections of about 150 buildings housing garment factories since the disaster found many with serious faults, such as cracks and floors built without permits, said Mujibur Rahman, who leads a team of 30 civil engineers at the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology.
Plans to move factories crammed along Dhaka’s teeming streets to an industrial park to the south have foundered as suitable land is scarce in low-lying and flood prone Bangladesh.
The garment industry has risen from almost nothing 30 years ago to become the second largest global supplier after China. Thousands of factories have sprung up in the past decade, overwhelming the capacity of a handful of inspectors.
Other initiatives to improve conditions include a rise in the monthly minimum wage for garment workers, now set at $38. A panel formed on Thursday is to set a new wage within months.
A revised labor law is also in the works to make it easier to form trade unions. Workers can now form a union only with permission of the factory owner.

Oklahoma City, OK May 20, 2013. Had taken a harsh blow when a tornado strikes through Oklahoma City destroying everything in its path. Children screaming and mother’s fear for their children safety was greatly heard in yesterday tragedy. The tornado rampage through a school completely demolished it.
For many families, the ordeal ended in bear hugs and tears of joy as loved ones reunited. Others were left to wait in the darkness, hoping for good news while fearing the worst.
At least 20 children are among the more than 50 reported dead so far in Moore, the Oklahoma City suburb ravaged by Monday’s tornado that packed winds of up to 200 mph. The twister reduced one elementary school to a heaping mound of rubble and heavily damaged another while also flattening block after block of homes. Officials said early Tuesday the death toll could rise by as many as 40.
