With the constant rise of this industry in America and the way of going “green” solar panels and the need for them are on the rise.
China is the leader in distributing solar panels to America; however America is trying to establish its fashion and technology market, and that includes solar panels. Solar World Industries America are the leaders in distributing American solar panels, and according to Gordon Brinser, the chief executive of Solar World Industries America “This basically takes it from being just allegations of illegal activities in this industry to confirmation”.

By levying tariffs ranging from 30-250% on all solar panels imported from China, the ruling will constrict the growth of renewable energy here in America, driving up the prices for installers, their customers, and, ultimately, the American taxpayer. This legislation threatens to kill the very blue-collar jobs it claims to save.
Last October, the U.S. subsidiary of the German company SolarWorld Industries filed a petition claiming that Chinese manufacturers were infiltrating the U.S. market, “dumping” their panels at less than cost in a drive to put U.S. manufacturers out of business. Chinese government subsidies, SolarWorld claims, made it impossible to compete.

When the United States International Trade Commission decided on Wednesday to uphold tariffs of about 24 to 36 percent on most solar panels imported from China, the case’s proponents claimed a major victory. Domestic solar manufacturers said the duties, to be in place for five years, would make up for unfair business practices by Chinese companies that had harmed the domestic market and allow homegrown companies to hire more workers and thrive.

Style Icon Joan Rivers has passed away! She died as a result of cardiac arrest in the hospital at age 81. Aside from Joan’s niche for being a style critic, she was also a very accomplished comedian! She possessed the ability to make to laugh and or feel offended some times taking jokes a little far, but it was okay for this sassy critic and that fearlessness was a gift that lead to a full Hollywood career.

Super starlet Beyonce has pretty much murdered 2013. SuperBowl Performance 2013, possibly THEE greatest performance of all time from any artist… period. Stunning the world as she shut down the lights to the New Orleans stadium. Not only did her tour sell out but she shocked the world by releasing her fifth debut album without any promotion what so ever, this has just created a current of news, free press and media landing her number 1. Talk about setting new records for social media and setting the standard for other artist! Beyonce set records for HBO when she released her documentary, “Life is but a dream.” This is also just the start of the singer managing herself giving her complete and creative control of what she does.
Beyonces’ European tour starts in February of 2014. Not many celebrities can start planning a tour without even releasing an official single and expect it to be sold out? Only Beyonce.

Everyone wants to look like a celebrity, but few can afford a $535 Rag & Bone White Jefferson Blazer or a pair of $365 ALC Lucas Shorts, not to mention Chanel jewelry. Here we have a backstage photo of Rihanna at her Diamonds World Tour at the Staples Center. I love the white blazer a shorts combo, not to mention that you really don’t see brooches any more. White blazers and shorts are easy enough to find at any trendy store like H&M, Target, or JCPenney. Because it is actually kind of difficult to find white sneakers with a black toe cap, I would just grab a pair of regular all white cap toe sneakers and carefully paint the toes with black nail lacquer. Although Rihanna doesn’t appear to be wearing anything under the blazer, most of us are a little less given to tempting accidental “nip-slips,” so I would go with a blouse in a pop color. On the other hand, if you’re comfortable with wearing just the blazer, then by all means, flaunt what you got. I just ask that you refrain from being inappropriate. Brooches are also pretty easy to find, and I like the idea of wearing matching earings. I would suggest paying a visit to Charming Charlie for any of your accessory needs, or you could raid your grandmother’s jewelry box for a super cute vintage brooch. Be sure to check your own closet for these items if you’re on a really tight budget.

Q: What has been one of the hardest challenges you’ve faces while being in the fashion industry?
Establishing myself, because I am a minority (El Salvadoran and Milesian) and I would say it was just because I’m so different! And coming up with my brand esthetic was a challenge because I didn’t know if they were going to laugh at me, are they going to accept me? But here we are years later, I’m full on Mr.Bradshaw and I’m unapologetic for the way I act, dress, and style my clients, I have no regards for any kind of authority because I am the authority! The only challenge I face is my next project!
Q: What is your next project?
I’m actually doing a music video for the OMG Girls in a couple of weeks, and I’m actually styling one of the executives girlfriends for the Oscars! Recent things that I’ve just done, I styled Vivica Fox for a book cover and it turned about to be an alter ego photo shoot. I’ve also styled Tiny and T.I. for a few of their episodes on Family Hustle, I did some stuff for All Star Weekend, my cover for Maxim is about to come out as well.

Q: How far do you plan to take your business/ brand? What do you see it becoming?
The Mr. Bradshaw brand just started off as me being a stylist/ blogger for eclectic and unique fashion, or what have you; now it’s just transfused into an entity and I’m actually now a public figure because I dress androgyny and because I live an androgynistic life. I would like to tap into the line of hair and make-up, maybe collaborate with a major brand and collaborate with a major hair company as well. Eventually I want Mr. Bradshaw to be more of a conglomerate and become a lifestyle brand; in which you can eat it, smell it, breathe it, you know what I’m saying? Like all of your five senses occupied, by the Mr. Bradshaw conglomerate. I want a fragrance, I want a restaurant, house ware I want all that!
Q: Who are some of your favorites?
Evelyn Lozada! She let’s me do what I want!
Q: What some hot trends do you see for 2013?
I see the Grecian, at full blast! We seen a lot of black on the red carpet for the Grammy’s and on the runway’s at fashion week, I feel like that’s going to set the tone of the year, basically solid or muted colors that would do well on the red carpet, um.. I see the 90’s effect coming in, Rita Ora and Rihanna have made that very possible; and all the hot young girls, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus etc.
Q: Have you worked with any of them?

Q: How was it working with her?
It was amazing! She’s so down to earth, so loyal, and so humble; and I embrace that she’s coming into her own, because it’s just that! Coming into her own! For so many years she was being portrayed as this Disney Character, Hanna Montana, and now she’s like I’m all grown up and I’m unapologetic about it my style, my look, my music so just get into it or get out!
Q: Do you get to travel?
In my life time I’ve traveled around the world, I have a fan base in Nigeria, Australia, London, and all over the Philippines because of the brand that I’ve created and my relationships with my clients. I’ve been to all the countries I’ve mentioned because of my work! My esthetic is if it’s not making money it’s not making sense! I’m not getting on a plane to go over seas to work for free, no! There needs to be a contract involved, there needs to be compensation for my services to be put to work! So I appreciate my clients that have trusted my vision enough to believe I am worth the amount I am, and to believe I’m well worth the travel.
Q: How long have you been doing this professionally?
Only six years!
Q: What progression from year one to year six, has your business made?
My social media, you know I started off with zero followers and now collectively I have over 250 thousand people following me on my social media, as my business grew so did my fan base! Rihanna hit the U.K.’s April cover of Elle magazine flaunting a simply chic look with some sexy red lips.
